You can request a refund or exchange up to 14 days after purchase if the product you have received is faulty or in any way not as described. As we produce extremely small runs, size exchanges are strictly subject to availability. The item/s must be unused, in original condition and packaging with tags attached. Any damages caused by yourself or general wear and tear will not be permitted for a refund.

A refund request form needs to be completed (email and included in the return packaging when shipped back to us. Return postage and handling is at your own expense and we are not responsible if the item becomes lost or damaged upon return. We highly recommend the use of a tracked service.

Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund/exchange to be assessed and processed. We will send confirmation through to your nominated email once it has been completed. Return shipping costs are not eligible for refund unless the garment/item has been deemed faulty.  

Some items are non-refundable/changeable. These items include swimwear, lingerie, jewellery, make up and any other items that state otherwise. If these items are delivered to you and are faulty or damaged then you may request a refund or replacement. Standard refund/replacement procedure applies.



Do you provide International delivery?

Yes! Everywhere. International is standard shipping with expected delivery in 6+ business days with tracking provided. Need it sooner? You can pay extra for international express at the checkout. 

I'm a size 12, what size do I get?

Our sizes are based on Australian standard sizing although all garment measurements (in centimetres) are listed as the product selection. I do this because each retailer works to their own size chart so it is best to shop off the physical garment measurements then a single number or letter (12/M) as they are so different from brand to brand! Each design is also a little different so we do not have a standard size chart for this reason. As part of our body positive movement I don't believe women should be confined to one number!

If there are no colour options available on the product page, we only offer the item in one colour! 

 What are your delivery options?

Express shipping with tracking is included free of charge for all domestic (Australia) purchases. You will receive your goodies in 1 - 2 business days once your order has been processed! International is standard shipping with expected delivery in 6+ business days with tracking provided. Need it sooner? You can pay extra for international express at the checkout.

How should I care for my handmade item?

Depending on the fabric I have used to create the garment will depend on how it is cared for. Care instructions are included in the item description for a more detailed regime, as well as the care label on your garment/item itself.

Do you do custom sizing?

For production purposes I do not offer custom sizing. I highly recommend ordering a size up if you are between sizes and have your new garment altered to fit best. 

Do you have a store I can come to if I want to try some items on?

At the moment we are purely an online boutique! I am more than happy to make a fitting appointment if you wish to try some items on, but please do remember this is a home based business.
