Please choose carefully as once your order is placed we are unable to change or cancel it. There are no exchanges or refunds for change of mind, however if the item is damaged or faulty upon receipt we will happily replace the item. Faulty items must be reported within 5 days of receipt via email (firstname.lastname@example.org). Items must be returned unused, unworn, in original packaging with original tags.
You may request a size exchange. Size exchanges must be requested within 5 days of receipt of the item via email (email@example.com) and all return shipping costs will be at your own expense. Please use the size guide and how to measure chart provided. If you are still unsure of which size to order please feel free to contact me (Mae) at firstname.lastname@example.org for advice.
Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund/exchange to be assessed and processed. We will send confirmation through to your nominated email once it has been completed. Return shipping costs are not eligible for refund unless the garment/item has been deemed faulty.
Some items are non-refundable/changeable. These items include swimwear, lingerie, jewellery, make up and any other items that state otherwise. If these items are delivered to you and are faulty or damaged then you may request a refund or replacement. Standard refund/replacement procedure applies.

Do you provide International delivery?
Yes! Everywhere. International is standard shipping with expected delivery in 6 - 21 business days with tracking provided. Please read the shipping notes in the item description though as some products ship express for free worldwide.
Is the free shipping Australia wide express?
Yes. All orders for Australian delivery include free, tracked, express shipping.
Where does my order ship from?
Your order is made and shipped from Brisbane, Australia.
When will I receive my order?
Our items are MADE TO ORDER which means I make the item once it has been ordered. This is part of our commitment to being an ethically and environmentally made fashion label. All orders have a processing time of 10 - 15 business days. Your order will ship after this time. Depending on the delivery method (standard/express) will denote when your item will arrive. This will be detailed in your delivery notification email.
I'm a size 12, what size do I get?
Our sizes are based on Australian standard sizing although all garment measurements (in centimetres) are listed in the product description along with UK, Europe and United States conversions.
What if I get the wrong size, can I return it?

I love this style, but do you have another colour?
If there are no colour options available on the product page, we only offer the item in one colour!
Do you do custom sizing?
No I do not. Our items are made to order, not measure.
How should I care for my handmade item?
Depending on the fabric I have used to create the garment will depend on how it is cared for. Care instructions are included in the item description for a more detailed regime, as well as the care label on your garment/item itself. All fabric is pre-shrunk.
What does made to order mean?
As part of our commitment to being an ethical and sustainable fashion label to reduce wastage I only make the items and sizes required of our customer. Once you have placed your order the item will be processed and shipped as required, so instead of making a run of each size and having "dead stock" at the end of a season, we make only the sizes wanted by our customer.
Do you have a store I can come to if I want to try some items on?
At the moment we are purely an online boutique! I am more than happy to make an appointment if you wish to try some items on, but please do remember this is a home based business.
