Returns & Exchanges

Please choose carefully as once your order is placed we are unable to change or cancel it. There are no exchanges or refunds for change of mind, however, if the item is damaged or faulty upon receipt we will happily replace the item. Faulty items must be reported within 5 days of receipt via email ( Items must be returned unused, unworn, in original packaging and with original tags.

Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund/exchange to be assessed and processed. We will send the confirmation through to your nominated email once it has been completed. Return shipping costs are not eligible for a refund unless the garment/item has been deemed faulty. 

Some items are non-refundable/changeable. These items include swimwear, lingerie, jewellery, makeup and any other items that state otherwise. If these items are delivered to you and are faulty or damaged then you may request a refund or replacement. Standard refund/replacement procedure applies.
